Order Processing

Orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday). Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. 

Please mind that orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels to ensure the fastest delivery.

Shipping by Product Type

Physical products (general merchandise)
Delivery times vary depending on your destination and local courier services and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that some products are available for delivery within the UK only.

Stones

Each stone is carefully handmade to order. Please allow 1–2 business days for dispatch.

USA: Shipped from the UK via Royal Mail directly to your home address. Estimated delivery: 6–10 business days. Please note that delivery may take longer (10-14 business days) if your package is delayed by U.S. Customs.

Spain & EU: Shipped from Spain via Correos to your home address. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.

Kindle & Paperback editions
Fulfilled and shipped directly by Amazon. Delivery times, tracking, and returns follow Amazon's own shipping policies and estimated delivery windows shown on the Amazon product page at checkout.

PDF & digital products
Delivered instantly — available for download immediately after checkout, and also sent to the email address used at checkout. No shipping wait, no tracking number needed.

Tracking and Delivery Issues

If you choose Tracked Delivery at checkout, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your parcel, please first check with your local pickup point or neighbours. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

For Kindle or Paperback orders, tracking and delivery support are handled through Amazon directly.

For PDF/digital orders, check your email (including spam/promotions folders) for your download link. Contact us if you haven't received it within an hour of purchase.
