Order Processing

Orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday). Most orders are shipped within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please mind that orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels to ensure the fastest delivery.

Shipping by Product Type

Physical products (general merchandise)
Delivery times depend on your destination and local courier services and will be calculated at checkout. See the table below for estimated delivery times by country.

Stones
Shipped via Spanish Correos, either to your home address or to a pickup locker near you anywhere in Spain. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.

Kindle & Paperback editions
Fulfilled and shipped directly by Amazon. Delivery times, tracking, and returns follow Amazon's own shipping policies and estimated delivery windows shown on the Amazon product page at checkout.

PDF & digital products
Delivered instantly — available for download immediately after checkout, and also sent to the email address used at checkout. No shipping wait, no tracking number needed.

Tracking and Delivery Issues

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email (for physical products and stones). If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your parcel, please check your local pickup point, then contact us for assistance.

For Kindle or Paperback orders, tracking and delivery support are handled through Amazon directly.

For PDF/digital orders, check your email (including spam/promotions folders) for your download link. Contact us if you haven't received it within a few minutes of purchase.
